2. 入場消毒 & 專業診斷
– 送達維修中心後,系統掃碼確認入庫,並進行首次意大利臭氧消毒櫃消毒
雙人檢查機制:由技術主管同護理專員共同檢查,詳細記錄皮具狀況與護理注意事項,並同步至系統。
– 護理專員會與您溝通服務細節,確認方案後發出正式服務訂單至您的郵箱等待客人線上付款。

 

3. 嚴格質檢 & 透明支付
– 質檢部會拍攝皮具初始狀態存檔,確保責任可追溯。
– 待您確認付款後,皮具正式進入修復流程

 

4. 精密修復 & 過程監控
– 工場主管每日分派工作,專業團隊分工處理(清潔、修復、染色、電鍍等)。
– 修復過程嚴格按照系統記錄操作,確保工藝精準。

 

5. 終檢消毒 & 安全包裝
– 修復完成後,質檢部進行最終檢查拍攝完成效果對比圖並錄入系統。
– 出貨前進行第二次意大利臭氧消毒,採用專業防塵防潮包裝,確保安全送達。

 

6. 預約送件 & 服務完成
– 護理專員會與您確認送件時間,收送員核對無誤後安全送回。

1. Door-to-Door Pickup & Smart Digital Management
A professional pickup specialist will visit your location to inspect the condition of your leather goods and issue an electronic confirmation, instantly sent to your email.
– Each item is tagged with a unique tracking code for full traceability.

 

2. Intake Disinfection & Expert Diagnosis
– Upon arrival at the service center, your item is scanned into the system and undergoes its initial ozone disinfection using Italian equipment.
Dual Inspection Protocol: A technical supervisor and care specialist jointly assess your item, recording all condition and care notes into the system.
– The specialist will then confirm the care plan with you and issue a formal service order for online payment.

 

3. Rigorous QC & Transparent Payment
– The quality team photographs and archives the item’s initial condition to ensure accountability.
– Once payment is confirmed, your item officially enters the restoration process.

 

4. Precision Repair & Process Monitoring
– Daily tasks are assigned by the workshop lead, with a specialized team handling cleaning, repair, dyeing, plating, etc.
– The repair process strictly follows all recorded notes to ensure precise craftsmanship.

 

5. Final Disinfection & Secure Packaging
– After repair, a final inspection is performed, with before/after photos logged into the system.
– A second ozone disinfection is done before shipping, with dust- and moisture-proof packaging to ensure safe delivery.

 

6. Delivery Appointment & Service Completion
– The care specialist will confirm the delivery schedule with you, and our staff will ensure safe return.
